Leslie Laredo is President of Academy of Digital Media, a Laredo Group Company that has trained hundreds of thousands of professionals in digital branding, ad sales and marketing. Leslie started her company when she was a single mom with a six-year-old.
She met her husband 26 years ago and dated bi-coastally for a couple of years while he was her unofficial business “advisor”. Their relationship went from dating and informal business advising to marriage and formal business partnering. It wasn’t the plan; it just happened! Last year, they celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary, and are still working together through many personal and business challenges over the years, including surviving breast cancer, the 2008 market crash and COVID.
