Today I wanna talk about maybe the MOST IMPORTANT SUBJECT in self-improvement: MINDFULNESS. I was feeling stuck in the future (stress, overthinking, trying to anticipate) and in the past (forgiving myself, trying not to have regrets,…) until I discovered mindfulness.
