Today I am sharing a Facebook Interview Replay episode.  I was fortunate to be invited as a special guest to speak to the Thrive No Matter What Facebook Community by Mindset & Stress Coach, Noelle Cook.   Noelle is the Founder of Simplifying Mom Life Facebook Group.  She helps busy moms overcome their stress so they have time and energy for what matters most.  Noelle wanted me to share some of my time management tips from the perspective of a single mom.  I was a single mom for 19 years raising my beautiful daughter.  During this interview, we will discuss honouring ourselves and our bodies as women.  About our cycle, specifically. I have big goals that this will become the absolute number one best podcast for new and aspiring online business owners who want to start and maintain consistent health routines so that she FEELS ENERGIZED in her body, in 30 minutes a day. If you are new to this podcast I am your host Michele Valentine so welcome!  I am a Love Your Body Health Coach for women with a Playful Vibe!  So today's episode is an introduction to what you can expect and learn to experience while you’re  here listening.
