Jamison Carrier was born and raised in Richmond, IN and now splits time between Sycamore Shores, his family’s 50-acre Indiana homestead, and Fort Myers, FL. He married his wife Kathy in 2000—a single mom to Tori, Trisha, and Joey—and together they’ve built a full, beautiful life. They now have six grandchildren who keep things loud, fast, and full of adventure.
After losing nearly everything in the 2008 financial crisis, Jamison reentered the RV industry and helped Camping World scale from 50 to 150 locations and go public. He went on to found Relentless Dealer Services (RDS), a company focused on F&I performance in RV and marine dealerships, which he grew debt-free and sold to a private equity firm in 2023. Over the years, he’s played a key role in dozens of acquisitions and startups, built high-performing teams, and developed leaders now serving across the nation.
Today, Jamison serves as a partner at TeamNavX, helping leaders grow their teams and scale their businesses. He’s also the author of Syndromedy: The Totally Unofficial Field Guide to Weird Human Behavior, a #1 Amazon bestseller that proves personal development doesn’t have to be boring.
