Learning to shine your light into the dark spaces within is a beautiful journey and one that today's guest shares eloquently.

Leah Lovelight came on to share her story of learning to love and accept the woman she is today. Stemming from a childhood of abuse and trauma, she lived many years of her life unwilling to feel and focused on simply achieving things like she was "supposed" to do.

Following a series of lifechanging events and some big decisions, Leah made the move to a small mountain town and dove into healing and learning to accept and appreciate herself.

Her story is raw, real, and a true testament to the fact that anyone can learn to treat themselves with compassion and kindness.

She is the founder of Lovelight Way, co-creator of REVEAL Retreat, author of the book Modern Fear The Invisible Prison, and a soulFULL teacher for change makers, soul seekers, intuitive curious and heart centered leaders.
