I talk about how to over-come your fear and insecurities behind setting foot in a gym and how to force yourself to become consistent so you can see the results that MAKE you feel good. I also discuss my own trials and tribulations behind how going to the gym made me feel, the struggles I faced and how going to the gym impacted my overall mental health.
