In this episode I talk about my personal resistances to doing the work and what my journey looked like at the start, reasons as to why you may self-sabotage on your journey and becoming aware of some unhelpful patterns that will keep you stuck, plus things to be mindful of when seeking out a practitioner be it a counsellor, a coach, a psychologist or other.
