Theater Three Collaborative, founded 1995 by actor/producer George Bartenieff and playwright/director, Karen Malpede, creates new poetic-language theater of witness plays. TTC is known as one of downtown New York’s most fearless, necessary theaters. Malpede is award-winning author of 22 plays on topics from the US torture program, the war in Iraq, to the climate emergency. She is author/editor of groundbreaking theater books. She teaches theater & environmental justice at John Jay College, CUNY.

The Segal Film Festival on Theatre and Performance (FTP) is produced by the Martin E. Segal Theatre Center under the Graduate Centre at the City Univerity of New York (CUNY), Executive Director Frank Hentschker
