He understand and has participated in all facets of property ownership and development, from master planning and initial feasibility analysis, development & construction, through to refurbishment and initiation of preventative maintenance programmes, to the on sale of non-core assets.  He combines his non-Executive and committee appointments with a demanding executive career.
