This episode discusses the misconception that bad posture leads to pain, as research shows no definitive link between the two. In fact, other variables such as fear of movement and stress correlate far more strongly with pain than posture does!
Instead, we learn to focus more on the 'next posture being the best posture', encouraging frequent and varied movement, and keeping an eye out for obvious asymmetries and any drastic changes in our daily positions.
