So much is talked about when it comes to ‘strategy’, but what do we really mean when we talk about having ‘strategic clarity’? What is a pivot and why can they be so key for startups and early-stage businesses? We value a laser like strategic focus, but a pivot is about a change of strategy. So how do you know when it’s right to consider a pivot?
