Hi and welcome to the Sea Change Podcast. I’m your host Traci Weiss.

Today, I’m here with Heidi Fearon Barker. Heidi is the author of "Wildly You." In addition to being an author, Heidi is a Doctor of Acupuncture, a Wellness Consultant and Coach, and a retired Navy Commander. She utilizes numerous bodywork modalities, nutritional and hormone balancing therapies, corrective exercises and Mindfulness approaches with her clients. She is a true Wellness Coach. In addition, Heidi graduated from the Naval Academy, where she was a college athlete and a highly decorated swimmer. Heidi, her husband, and two daughters are currently living in Southern Germany.

During this Heidi and I speak authentically about comparison, friendships, and listening to your inner voice. We hope this conversation sheds light on the role self-awareness plays in mental fitness and that you walk away with practical tips to improve your overall mental fitness.
