Blake and I also discuss two global learning programs we designed for a Fortune 100 Company. The first program was a redesign of a beloved in person cultural onboarding program. We transformed this program to become a digital board game (inspired by the Game of Life), with a Field Guide for Associates, a Manager Guide for Managers, and a Senior Leader Open Forum. The second program was a redesign of a beloved first-time people leader program. Blake helped me transform this program, to become a powerful mixed modality virtual learning experience. Blake and I discuss how we leveraged documentary style videos, actors, and a film crew to take a more authentic approach to learning & development.
