
Hi guys! Anybody else struggling to sleep at the moment?
There's days where I literally dream of being in bed all day, and then when night comes, my brain wakes up like: "nope, you're NOT going to chill".
So I thought I’d share with you a meditation on sleep, which has really helped me soothe the mind and find some calm. The meditation goes through a slow body scan, aimed at releasing tension in the body and allowing the mind to slow down.
The meditation only has a bell at the beginning so there’s no big gong waking you up if you’ve snoozed off halfway (which is the goal!!) - If you listen to it on Spotify you can set a sleep timer (find in options), which allows you to stop the sound after a certain time.
