Travel notes from nurseries, Australia, New Caledonia and Tasmania with Luca Magi
A catch up with an Italian plantsman I befriended while working in Oregon. We enjoyed hikes and visits to nurseries, including a 8 hours drive to collect some Pinus lambertiana (Sugar Pine) cones - the longest pine cones in the world. Things everyone does when in America I'm sure... Luca has since moved to Australia, working for one of the best nurseries in the country.
