How to Structure a Training Sessions for Swimmers

In this episode I talk about how to structure a training session for a swimmers.  

Key points:  

3-6 exercises 

Program main muscle groups daily 

3-5 sets 

3-10 reps 

Weight greater than 70% 

2-3 minutes between sets
