Ted Munson is the Lead Performance Nutritionist at Brentford Football Club, with over a decade of experience working across elite sport. His career has included roles with clubs such as Hull City, Millwall, MK Dons, Luton Town, and Harlequins Rugby, as well as consulting in Formula 1 and with the Danish national football team. Ted is a registered performance nutritionist and passionate educator, known for translating complex science into simple, practical strategies that help athletes fuel for performance and recovery—on and off the pitch.
