Since Ambisense was founded in 2014, it has grown to a team of over 20 people, with offices in three European countries (Ireland, the UK and The Netherlands) and has customers across three continents. Ambisense’s mission is to build the worldʼs leading system of intelligence, to automate, analyze and accelerate environmental risk assessment for a safer and more sustainable world.
Ambisense completed last August a third round of funding, supported by existing investors including Sure Valley, Atlantic Bridge, and Enterprise Ireland. BGF, Ireland’s largest growth capital investor, led the €3m funding campaign following on from prior investment rounds raising €1m and €1.1m in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
