All that changed last year when I gathered a few friends, found a local PT and started training and today, I am joined by my personal trainer and friend, Steph Perkins from Elevate Gym on the Gold Coast.
In today's episode we talk all things challenges. What do people get out of challenges at the gym, what kind of transformations does Steph see and why they work.
