A little bit about us: we're two primas raised in Miami, Florida, born to Hispanic immigrants from Venezuela, Colombia, and Mexico. We started this podcast in our respective closets after months of saying, 'We should totally do this!' So, here we are, doing it!
Alejandra here is a 26-year-old office manager at a nonprofit, and Maye, our amazing co-host, is a 20-year-old college student. Even though we've lived less than a mile apart for most of our lives, our experiences have been wildly different. But that's what makes our conversations so interesting—and we always find common ground.
