Tod and some friends have formed a team and have challenged themselves for June 2024 to row the pacific ocean (2800 miles in 40 days) as part of the Talisker Whiskey competition event in aid of NACOA & Mind Charity, he talks to Sarah & Amy about the challenge and how being a COA has inspired him to take part.
