In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Sergio Di Pasquale – an elite calisthenics athlete known for pushing the limits of endurance in calisthenics and one of the best in the world.
We talk about his personal journey, how he dealth with injuries in the past and how is currently dealing with an injury at the moment. We also discuss what it takes to dominate in endurance-based calisthenics and his different preparation strategies. Sergio shares his thoughts on the current state of the sport, we talk about past and upcoming calisthenics events, and dive into some wild training challenges he's taken on recently - 10.000 Push-Ups in one training session, just to give one example...
