Sei mal ganz ehrlich, einfach zu dir selbst: Hast du solche Momente erlebt, in denen dein Körper zu dir gesprochen hat? Momente, wo er sehr deutlich machte, dass er in diesem Tempo nicht ewig durchhält? Vielleicht sogar Momente, wo du diese gut gemeinte Botschaft genau verstanden, aber nichts unternommen hast, um deinem Körper eine Pause zu gönnen? 

Mit ziemlicher Sicherheit kennen wir das alle. Auch Maggy's heutiger Podcastgast - Christian Stelzhammer - kennt durch Stress bedingte körperliche Anzeichen sehr gut. Christian ignorierte diese Botschaften so lange, bis sein Körper ihn einfach zur Pause zwang. 
Und weil er weiß, dass es auch anders ginge, setzt Christian sich seit Jahren dafür ein, Menschen zu unterstützen, genau diese frühen Anzeichen zu nutzen, um Veränderung zu leben. 

Nachdem Christian als CEO und Spitzenmanager in Führungsposition fast ausbrannte, nahm er sich die Zeit, die er brauchte, um wieder auf die Beine zu kommen. Heute setzt er sich als Bewusstseins- / und Mindsetcoach für die Ruhe im Innen ein. 
Mindset, Fokus, Präsenz und Lebensglück werden viel zu häufig wackelig auf Social-Media Zitattafeln gezimmert. Doch Christian weiß, "Erfolg und Glück sind zwei völlig verschiedene Paar Schuhe." Seine Erfahrungen haben ihn gelehrt: "Je lauter es im Außen wird, desto ruhiger müssen wir im Inneren werden", denn wahres Lebensglück führt vorbei an Erfolg, Geld und äußerlichen Begehrlichkeiten.
