Welche auch einfachen Möglichkeiten der Selbstheilung es gibt und was das alles mit dem Muskel-, Bindegewege und mit Faszien zu tun hat, davon erzählt Maggy's heutiger Podcastgast: Leonora Deischl. 
Leonora begann sich, aus eigenen schmerzhaften Erfahrungen und jahrelanger Krankheit im Kindes- und Jugendalter, mit vielen Themen der Alternativmedizin zu befassen. Nachdem ihr Körper über viele Jahre mit Antiepileptika und Psychopharmaka behandelt wurde, wusste sie, dass sie dringende Veränderung brauchte. 
Heute arbeitet Nora als Heilpraktikerin und ist Gründerin des "Institut Quantensprung", mit dem sie als Partnercompany auf dem SANUSLIFE Marktplatz sichtbar ist. Nora hat auch einen Non Profit Verein mit dem selben Namen gegründet, um Menschen darin zu unterstützen, Alternativmedizin in ihr Leben einzuladen. Denn Nora ist sich bewusst, dass es eine Verschmelzung von herkömmlicher Schulmedizin mit alternativen Heilmethoden braucht. 
Nora entwickelte die Methode "Innere Welle" und bietet Kurse, Seminare und Workshops an. Diese beinhalten Fußreflexologie, Taping, meridiane Sonderkurse, Narbenintegration, autogenes Training und viele weitere Themen.
