We invited community development /community organising specialist, recycling and upcycling advocate, and DIY craft enthusiast Ms Mimi Cortez Ocampo for the 3rd time in Samu't Sari: Conversations with Mimi to be our teacher for creating DIY crarfts from recyclable materials as potential gift ideas for this Christmas.
This is in effect, our "Christmas edition or episode" where Tita Mimi will show us how to make cards, Christmas angels, bangles, earrings, face mask holders and many more in a very informal, laid-back no-stress manner. This is to show you that our gifts need not be too expensive or even store bought, but it being your labor of love and the labor of your hands will make it more special for those you intend to give it to.
