Jan's journey to hospitality industry started early. Young Jan has always been fascinated with the world of hotels, and now been working in the industry for almost 5 years. Three of those 5 are the years he spent building the new kind of hospitality company. With two co-founders, in 2018, he started Framework Hospitality Management (FHM) and is now managing about 25 (and counting) brands of properties across Bali.
