The (Surprising) Splendour of Staycations

One of the perks of living in Singapore was the ease of traveling to nearby countries in a matter of hours... until Covid-19 hit. It's been 8+ months since Stacie and Ale have been land-locked in Singapore, so they assuaged their island fever by giving in to staycations.

Along with friends, they debate the merits of staycations (paying to stay in a hotel), plus tips on the best hotels and how to maximize a weekend getaway. Finally, they give the ultimate yay or nay to the question: are staycations worth it during lockdown?
