Singapore's Fantastical Food & Beverage Scene

When you think of countries with the most eclectic, unique food culture, Singapore should definitely top the list. Its open-air hawker centers boast some of the tastiest local dishes that are also kind to your wallet. You can try local Peranakan food (a fusion of Malay, Chinese, and Indonesian heritage), and also find Michelin-award winning French and Italian fare all within this small island.

In today's episode, we'll review some of our favourite dining experiences and restaurants to prove why Singapore has one of the best FnB scenes in the world.

Check out restaurants:

  • Bakalaki (Greek)
  • Maxwell Hawker Center and 3rd Street Brewing Co.
  • Jumbo Restaurant (world famous Singaporean chili crab)
  • Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle (Michelin-starred bak chor mee noodles)

Bars:

  • Atlas
  • Native
  • (not mentioned) Smoke & Mirrors at the National Gallery
