Is mandatory wearing of Wearable Air Purifier helpful to prevent Covid 19 infection?
The governor of Cebu province in the Philippines has ordered the use of wearable air purifier to all public utility vehicle drivers and to all Cebu Provincial Capitol employees to protect themselves from Covid 19. While the intention of the local chief executive us good, people are still questioning the move as wearable air purifiers are not considered by the Department of Health and the World Health Organization as effective to stop the soread of the corona virus. How useful is the executive order to prevent the Covid 19 infection among the Cebuanos and will other LGUs or Local Goverment Units follow the governor and implement the same on their respective LGU?
