In this episode I share about a recent experience at a retreat in Mexico I was part of — the Womb Continuum Faciliator Training, which is 1 retreat our of 4 and part of an online intensive 18-month long program to become a midwife, a steward, a womb carer for women at any stage of their lives, from menarche, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, menopause and beyond. This experience has been an initiation at all levels of my being, and I understood how dropping deep into my own alignment and my own embodiment is the ultimate spiritual experience I was always longing for and that can heal and change the world.
