Janine Ayana Watkins started her career journey as an engineer in both LA and NYC for 5 years. She asked herself one day, "Who am I living my life for?" Too often we silence our big dreams in fear of failure, but that was not the case for this American dreamer. 

Janine fell wildly in love, quit her job, traveled the world and now faithfully works on building people instead of billion-dollar projects. Janine has dedicated her life to developing leaders who inspire leaders. She is an ambitious woman on a mindset mission.
