She is the creator of Belly Yoga, a playful blend of breath, movement, and joy inspired by belly dance. Jessica co-leads labyrinth retreats, weeekly dance classes, and embodiment workshops that help people release the past, connect with their inner wisdom, and step into authentic expression. With training in stone medicine, energy healing, and sacred ritual, she brings warmth, creativity, and depth to all she offers.
