
Nonattachment: letting go of the clinging to something or someone NOT the letting go of the enjoyment of something or someone.
Nonattachment is about enjoying the present moment. We often find ourselves clinging to the past of something we once had or the hope of having something in the future.
Experience joy, peace, and freedom by being fully present in this very moment.
