Today’s episode is a throwback to late 2022 and features local comedians Kendra Dawsey, Kate Nichols and Madelein Murphy Smith who all performed at our inaugural live Sacred Comedy show in Jersey City! I talk about the origins of the project and the road that led me there (in lots of detail!), how I decided to start my own production company (a long time coming) and why I created a recurring standup comedy show/energy circle event (also a long time coming) that combined self-care with laughter as a form of healing.
