I wanted to share a few nuggets of wisdom about how to use discernment as your superpower. Everyone that comes in your path is not meant to take up valuable real estate in your mind and heart. When you embrace your intuition you'll learn how to discern who has shown up in your life as a blessing in disguise or valuable life lesson.

I believe that your intuition is the "GPS" of your soul! If it feels right then go with the flow and if not proceed with caution. The energy people carry can be contagious, they either infect people with negativity or affect them in a good way. 

Use your discernment when evaluating someone's actions and words because what they show you is more important than their words. One of my mottos are: "I can show you better than I can tell you."

Trust me I know it's difficult to distance yourself from toxic colleagues, family, friends and partners. But it they are not adding value to your life then give them the "gift of goodbye". Remember you were the 'gift' in their life, but they chose not to appreciate or value you.

I want you to know that your value does not decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth! Align yourself with people who fit your destiny not your history.

Today and every day going forward, choose to make a positive impact in someone's life. Leave them better off than the way you encountered them.

Last but not least, when you continue make self-care a priority,  you will attract more positive experiences and authentic relationships into your life.
