If you have found yourself recently asking questions like, “Where is God? Does he see me? Does he know what I am going through? Does he even have a plan for my life at all?” There is something in Ruth especially for you. Just because we are in a season of struggle, does not mean that God has left us. Day 01 - An Introduction to Ruth

Todays Reading:
Ruth 1
https://www.bible.com/bible/116/RUT.1.NLT

Today we give you an introduction to Ruth and explain the history and some important facts. As always, context matters. During this stretch in Jewish history, selfishness and self-fulfillment led to a lot of death and destruction. That’s the world Ruth and her mother-in-law Naomi were living in when we read the first verse of the story.

Just because we are in a season of struggle, does not mean that God has left us. There is a promise for everyone whose faith is in Christ. God is always working on something good for your life. Pain can still have purpose.
