Sometimes we attempt to divorce our feelings from our faith, as though our desires for pleasure and satisfaction are evil. The truth is that God created men and women with needs that were designed to be satisfied by Him. Sin is ultimately humanity's attempt to look for satisfaction in the things of this world instead of the things of God. In John 6:25-35, we find that Christ alone can fulfill our desires, transform our tastes, and guarantee our satisfaction.
