S03: E09 - Should you train for mileage or time?
In this week's episode we talk training for time versus mileage. We discuss the benefits of both, and remember a time before GPS watches when all of our running was done to time and by feel. In other news Lisa discovers her tight calf was caused by an old injury, and is back running after a popliteus palpation. She plays it safe at Gold Coast turning spectator in the rain. Meanwhile, Brian gets in some solid threshold runs and completes a cracking 1,2,3,4,3,2,1 pyramid fartlek at 4:00 km pace off a minute jog recovery.  Resources and references discussed in this episode: Tweet - training for time or mileage?
