S03: E04 - A planned versus unplanned season of XC and road racing
In this week's episode Brian describes surviving his first full week of commuting, but more importantly manages to eke out 40km and maintain at least an impression of still being a runner. Meanwhile, Lisa gets a little carried away in the Sydney 10k, blows up, but runs her best time in years the hard way. We talk through our respective season plans with Lisa offering some structure, and Brian happy to wing it and take what comes his way through steady training and racing throughout the season.
