This episode was recorded live on May 28th 2020, as part of the Roundtable series on Zoom during the COVID19 lockdown. It is a live conversation between Emma Spencer, an elite distance runner, running coach, software engineer and runs for the Tracksmith Boston racing team. And Molly Seidel, a professional runner for Saucony, living in Boston, MA. She graduated from Notre Dame with four NCAA national titles to her name and remains the only woman to date with wins at both the high school Foot Locker Cross Country National Championships and the NCAA National Cross Country Championships. She ran her debut marathon at the 2020 US Olympic trials, running 2:27:31, to take second and a Tokyo Olympic berth.
