Karin (Kaz) Tappouras is a remarkable lady and runner. Having run over 240 offical marathons to date, Kaz tells us about where running started for her, what keeps her running and also what she is now doing to help others.
Our chat with Kat was incredibly inspiring and is a great tale of not just overcoming adversity but also how not taking no for an answer has changed her life.
