I didn’t plan to record another spiritual episode—honestly, I thought I was done after Episode 3. But something in my heart kept saying, “Someone needs to hear this.” So here we are.
In this follow-up, I open up about my own wrestle with feeling like a hypocrite when I say things like “God bless you” or “I’ll pray for you.” For so long, I thought those phrases were tossed out like small talk—empty and routine. But my own spiritual experiences have changed that for me. Now, they come from a place of sincerity, even if I’m still learning and far from an expert.
This isn’t about preaching. It’s about sharing what I’ve lived. And if you take away just one thing from this episode (and the ones before it), I hope it’s this: You are not alone. You never were. You never will be. You just have to look and listen.
Listener Note: Whether it’s in your faith, your movement, or your everyday life, community matters. That’s why I started Solemates—a place to move together, grow together, and remind each other we’re never walking (or running) alone. Learn more at www.tinarepa.com/run.
