Big changes are coming to this space—and I feel called to share them with you. Over the next few months, our community and message will be expanding to include a spiritual component, rooted in the idea that movement isn’t just about running or walking—it’s about connecting with God.


In this episode, I talk about why I believe starting is a celebration, why restarting is a superpower, and how showing up “perfectly imperfect” is not just enough, but powerful. Together, we’ll reflect on how giving more than we take allows us to rise by lifting others—and how all of this ties into the theme of chasing the light.


I’m not here to preach or guilt or shame. I’m here to invite you into what I’m experiencing, because I believe someone needs to hear this. I’ll also share a story about a friend who came to me wanting to learn to run—not to hit a distance goal, but to love herself again.


This is the beginning of a rebrand, a new direction, and an open invitation: to move your body, connect with your spirit, and let God meet you right where you are—even if that means starting as an absolute beginner.
