This series will follow Damian Nevins as he targets competing in the 3000m steeplecahse at European Masters Championships being held in Madeira during October 2025. Richard of ‘Easy With Franzese’ fame will be along for the journey. A bigger gap between episodes than planned due to a number of reasons.
