In this episode of She Runs Trails Podcast, I interview @sawna. 🏃‍♀️ We talked about her trail running journey, how she trains for ultras, fuel, her favorite gear, and how she has trained her dogs to run with her.

Sawna is an ultrarunner who has been running ultras for almost 10 years. She’s ran over 25 ultras including handful of 100 milers such as #Leadville100, #CascadeCrest100, #Fatdog120, and #JavelinaJundred. 🙌

In 2018, she also placed 3rd on The Coastal Challenge Expedition (147 miles w/ 30K+ feet of gain) which is a 6 day stage race in Costa Rica.🌴

Sawna is also a mom two two dogs, Juniper and Aspen. 🐶
