 - A breakdown of the world's longest infantry basic training

 - How the officers use sleep deprivation to test mental toughness

 - What the final week fitness tests involve (30 mile course, 9 mile speed march, Tarzan assault course, endurance course)

 - Why having a strong purpose can help you overcome any hardships
