Today I was joined by Crossfit Games athlete and seminar staff, James Hobart.

In the CrossFit space, James really has done it all! He has competed as an individual, on a team with CrossFit Mayhem and as a master. Not only this but he is also on the seminar team so knows a thing or two about training, nutrition and health!

In this conversation we discussed:

- exactly what it takes to be a CF Games athlete, including training volume, nutrition and environment

- what it was like to train with Rich Froning at his barn

- the development of competitive CrossFit and how performances have dramatically improved

- James’s prediction for the 2022 Games (Mayhem versus Reykjavik) and what he thinks of “super teams”
