Music is everything. It puts us in a good mood, gives us a tool to connect with others, and so on. But how long does it take musicians to make their most popular songs? And, most significantly, what makes us put these songs on replay? At Rumours Revealed Podcast, we will explore the complexities behind the most famous albums of all time. 5. TLC's "CrazySexyCool"

5. TLC's "CrazySexyCool"

TLC made great music. After their successful debut, Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas were rising to the top. However, obstacles kept getting in their way. While the band was recording CrazySexyCool, Left Eye had burned her boyfriend's house down, T-Boz battled Sickle Cell, Chilli's partner just kept cheating on her (and making her sing about it ), and the band was bankrupt. However, the band decided to keep making great music. Their priority for independence, dissuading illegal drug trade, and promoting safe sex rang true in their music and continues to be relevant to this day.

To honor TLC's legacy, we will be making a $1 donation to Planned Parenthood for every stream made within the first 30 days of this episode's release.

Feel free to make your own donation if you would like at https://www.weareplannedparenthoodaction.org/onlineactions/6iOI0_HnUUmPu_6_SRgayg2?sourceid=1015196&ms=4NALzzz00z1N1A&utm_campaign=4NIAU23XA_0000000107_0E1NAC&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=search&gclid=CjwKCAjwm_SzBhAsEiwAXE2CvzpvnI_W92eOTTPpPd-Q5nCv3zcm7KeDAnIlC-Wui9TgTsqb1yU6OhoCZikQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
