She is the Program Coordinator for Melbourne Fashion Festival, and has also appeared on the TV show 'Making It'. Lauren chats to Sai-Wai about her creative history and achievements, the misconceptions of a creative workplace, diversity in fashion business, and how it's never too late to take a chance and do what you love.
