Keith is an active referee who has reffed at the top level of the English game and is currently working as a Premiership TMO.

He set up Rugby Referee.net to help other referees develop and obtain the materials required to do so. He also presents the Advantage Over Podcast which looks at Rugby from a slightly different POV.

We talk about why Rugby just needs to get over the laws, why it needs to do more to encourage Referees into the game at all levels and why the separation of the Elite and Grassroots game is not the way to go. We also touch on the need for Referees to be more involved in the media.
